ONLINE Live Bedtime yoga
This will be a 30 minute session at bedtime. Designed to be a relaxing, slow flow combining some breathing, yin and restorative yoga to help you drift off into a restful sleep.
This is suitable for all levels and will not require exertion or technique. Ideally you would do this in bed - in your pj's, with your pillows. at the end of the session, switch off the laptop or phone, and let yourself drift straight off!

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.
You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
