Live Physiofusion free online Pilates class

Physiofusion are an award-winning private practitioners and occupational health service across the North West. Workplace wellbeing in our priority and we truly believe that our employees are our biggest competitive advantage, therefore keeping them healthy is vital.

Physio Fusion have found that the most common reasons for not participating in a lunch time workout while at the office is either 1) not having the correct attire or 2) a lack of space to accommodate everyone. Well... while we are currently either working from home or on furlough, there are no excuses :)

Physio Fusion have designed their Pilates classes around both chair and standing exercises, neither of which require masses of space. It also doesn't matter whether you have participated in a Pilates class before or you're a complete novice. All the exercises are manageable and can be tailored.

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.

You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
