During these sessions Linda will be taking your through various, techniques which, if practised regularly, will help you feel calmer, more relaxed & resilient and help improve your mental & physical health & well-being.

Over the weeks Linda will be:

Demonstrating various stress management techniques

Guiding you through breathing exercises / meditations / hypnotherapy / visualisations

Providing you with relaxation recordings that you can listen to at home

Offering other tips and advice on how to look after yourself

Answering any questions you may have regarding how to manage stress and anxiety or taking care of your general health.

You will be sent a ZOOM link. The Online Technology we are using:

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.

You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
