Wellbeing Wednesday Webinars are half an hour each Wednesday afternoon, dedicated to feeling better. Because with so many extra stresses and restrictions, we need to look after ourselves and each other. That’s what these bite-sized session are all about, with tips and insights, skills and best practices, to help you to get more smoothly through the coming weeks and beyond.
They’re completely free, and everyone’s welcome. Our theme for Weds May 20th is Challenging Conversations, because other people are one of the most common stresses – whether that’s the over-controlling boss, the colleague from hell, or the stroppy teenager at home.
We’ll explore the language of conflict – how to avoid using it, and not get triggered by it from someone else, and a great skill for planning your conversation for maximum impact.
So rather than trying to avoid them (or seething for ages after) you’re able to handle those conversations calmly and comfortably.

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.
You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
