Take A Breather's self care sessions will be teaching you their favourite self massage & reflexology tips from Indian head massage techniques and lymphatic drainage to key reflexology techniques for both feet and hands for a little bit of "you time" on a Friday evening.
No need to register or book a space, just head to Take A Breather's instagram page (@takeabreatheruk) every Friday at 7pm. Oil (coconut oil, cream, moisturiser) and a towel would be suggested, but techniques shown can also be used without oils.
