Walk through a beautiful woodland in spring, summer autumn and winter and enjoy the changes through the seasons. 30 minutes away from chaos or frustrations can give you mental clarity and help you to deal more easily with the situation that you are in.
All you need is a comfortable chair, settee or bed to sit on (it's best to avoid lying down in case you go to sleep and miss out!).
You will get the best results if are in a room on your own or with anyone else taking part and you don't have any distractions such as TV, email notifications and other people moving about.

You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
