Wellbeing Wednesday Webinars are half an hour each Wednesday afternoon, dedicated to feeling better. Because with so many extra stresses and restrictions, we need to look after ourselves and each other.
That’s what these bite-sized session are all about, with tips and insights, skills and best practices, for helping you to get through the coming weeks more smoothly.
They’re completely free, and everyone’s welcome. Our theme is Easing Through Change. Because change can get pretty stressful…. It may be change you’re trying to make for yourself, or change you’d like others to buy into. We’ll look at the common blocks and barriers, and some straightforward ways round them. To ease away the stresses of uncertainty, and make the path to change smoother.

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.
You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
