If you are finding it more difficult to sleep at the moment please join Sharon at this 60 minute event. She will be sharing with you some of the techniques that she uses with her hypnotherapy clients to help you get better sleep. It is timed so that you can drift off to sleep immediately afterwards if you want.
You don't need to share any information. The event takes place through Zoom and you have the choice to attend with your video and audio swtitched off and with your name blank if you want to remin completely anonymous. However there will be the chance to ask questions if you want to.

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.
You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
