Sharon has been helping people reduce anxiety for 18 years and wants to share with you a selection of her top tips for reducing anxiety.
In this 60 minute event she will be teaching a version of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) that she finds especially helpful for anxiety, some helpful breathing and some ways to calm your mind. Often a few small changes can make a big difference.
You don't need to share any personal information. The event takes place through Zoom and you have the choice to attend with your video and audio switched off and with your name blank if you want to remain completely anonymous. However there will be the chance to ask questions if you want to.

If you've not used Zoom before, you may want to sign in a little earlier just so you can download the app if needed and test your audio settings - but it's all quite straightforward.
You can join from a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc. If you’re using Zoom for the first time, you’ll need to allow it access to camera and microphone and we’re using the ‘call via internet audio’ feature.
