Shake off your work blues with some hula hoop fun brought to you by HOOPTONE!

Learn new hoop tricks, exercise in a fun way and get ABS HARDER THAN DIAMONDS with The Majorettes - a world record hula hoop troupe led by Marawa The Amazing!

The experience will be led by Natasha, one of The Majorettes. She'll get you moving, laughing and smiling - you'll be unstoppable by the end of the hour!

This one-hour experience is suitable for total hoop beginners and hoop workout pro's!

This workout WILL make you sweat so dress in workout clothes and be ready to spin, twist and shake!

So come on down... you won't be disappointed! And we can promise you one thing for certain... Hula hooping is the BEST way to make friends and get fit, whilst having a real giggle!!
