Brand New Social Circle European Sailing Trip in Isle of Wight 14th July
Yacht chartering is the perfect solution for those who want to sail at their own pace. It offers a relaxing and comfortable way for us to enjoy the stunning scenery and beautiful ports along the Isle of Wight.
No experience necessary as there is an experienced RYA Yachtmaster / Instructor on board. Great opportunity to learn new skills or just sit back take in the scenery and enjoy the trip.
The yacht is a large eight berth MCA coded Yacht for charter with all necessary safety equipment on board.
The accommodation is in four shared cabins. Two toilets and showers on board. Friday and Saturday nights will be spent in Marinas offering excellent showers and toilets.
Friday evening, we will familiarise ourselves with the yacht then go to a local pub for meal and drink.
Saturday morning after a full safety briefing we will set sail into the Solent. Admiring the Hampshire coastline. We sail West to the Needles, we will anchor in a local Bay for Lunch we will then sail to Cowes on the Isle of Wight where we will enjoy a nice Meal in one of the many pubs. Cowes is the Mecca of British sailing. It is a very a very vibrant town with a very thriving night life.
Sunday, after breakfast on board we will explore more of the Solent and sail East towards Chichester I the English Channel. We will have lunch on board before returning to Gosport about 3 pm on Sunday afternoon.
Cost for is £195.00 per members. Charter companies sailing schools would charge about £225.00 per person
Additional costs will be share of food on board, Saturday night Marina fee plus fuel Probably about £15.00 per person . Can accommodate seven people. Need to bring lightweight waterproofs, sleeping bag and a pillowcase. Guests can bring wine beer etc for the trip.

There are four double cabins. Three have double beds one has two single bunk beds. Two toilets on board. We will have a dinghy and an outboard engine.
