Yang Sing cookery classes are hosted monthly, training students in all three disciplines of a Southern Chinese kitchen. They cover the areas of dim sum, roasting and wok cooking- you’ll be able to recreate a little bit of their restaurant magic in your own home. Classes tend to be smaller group sizes, with plenty of one-to-one tuition.
With almost 40 years of epicurean expertise Harry Yeung and his culinary team set the standard in the foodie world. Price include dining; sample the techniques of their chefs and your own handiwork too.
