How to plan, prep and cook a fabulous three course dinner party without the stress, plus pick up chefs tips and tricks on how to create all the finishing touches to make your dinner party perfect.
The course starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the day ahead, and then it's through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you'll be cooking. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction. Classes are fun and informal and when the dishes are completed you can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.
This is a full day course and runs from 10am to 4pm.
We firmly believe that great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
