Where: Hope, Derbyshire. Distance: 18.6 miles. Ascent: 3,231 ft.
Overview: This part of the country contains some fantastic trails. Everyone has their favourites and this route includes some of mine. The route is mostly made up of typical rocky Peak District trails and includes some great ascents and fab descents. Rideable all year round. We will also be covering off lots of skills such as bunny hops, standing starts, hill climbing and descending techniques, hill starts etc. Our aim is that you get a great ride and arrive back more confident and capable on your bike so come and join us. It will bring the mountain biking devil out in you for sure. Equipment Mountain Bike: In good mechanical condition. Spare Inner-tube Helmet Sports Trousers/Trainers/Warm Clothing Packed Lunch/Plenty of Water/Snacks Waterproofs Bike Gloves (Optional)
Parking: There is a pay and display car park in Hope. Also there is free parking on the road opposite the car park if you can get a space?
