We will ride the well marked out Hunger Hill and Whitemoor trails through the forest, approx 11 miles/2 hours in length. These routes are mostly single track with a few hills and breathtaking descents. Your host will also imparting some skills training on your bike during the ride - balance, drop offs, down hill sections and bunny hops amongst a few others. These well ridden routes are considered easy, there is something for everyone at Delamere. Equipment Mountain Bike: In good mechanical condition. These can either be owned or hired at the visitors centre (subject to availability) at a cost of £18 for 3 hours Helmet: Included with bike hire Sports Trousers/Trainers/Warm Clothing Packed Lunch/Water/Snacks Waterproofs Bike Gloves (Optional)
