An event for all walks of life, all ages, and even those who are afraid to admit they like Morris Dancing! Hosted by the Saddleworth Morris, this annual event draws Morris teams from accross the globe to join in the festivities. The cart is pulled up to St Chads Church, Uppermill, where there is a day of Dancing, entertainment including wrestling and competitions open to all such as worst singer and Gurning. So join us for this years Saddleworth Rushcart Festival. You will be surprised at how addictively enjoyable it is and will want to return again and again!
