On the last Tuesday of every month Suzie Exley from timeouttherapy (www.timeouttherapy.co.uk) will be holding an interactive stress management workshop in a comfortable and confidential setting followed on by a deep relaxation session. Everyone welcome so bring along a blanket and a cushion and sign up for some time out.
Donations welcome on the night.
