This beautiful and historic building in the heart of Didsbury provides the perfect location to enjoy the freshly prepared Italian dishes and personal service.
Zizzis have plenty to whet your appetite but if you're feeling adventorous, why not try something from their Specials Menu:
First up...their Asparagi. Roasted asparagus spears with shavings of Grana Padano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and finished off with some cracked black pepper and a big wedge of lemon. Next, their Fettuccine con Polpette di Spinaci. Little balls of spinach and ricotta with ribbons of fettucine pasta, served in a simple courgette, herb and butter sauce. And then the inspired Calzon'Pizza. Half calzone with Cotto ham, pesto and rocket and half pizza with aubergine, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and olives. And the final flourish? The classic Italian dessert...Affogato. Gelato 'drowned' in a shot of hot espresso and finished with an ameretto biscuit. Beautiful!
