The Lunch: The Devonshire Arms is one of those picturesque country inns at the heart of village life. But with a difference! The Gardens: Having evolved over more than 450 years, the 105 acre Chatsworth garden continues to change today. The famous waterworks include the 300 year old Cascade, the trough waterfall in the rockery and the enormous gravity-fed Emperor fountain. As well as the huge maze, the rockery and the rose, cottage and kitchen gardens, there are also over five miles of walks with rare trees, shrubs, streams and ponds to discover.
Lunch and entry to Chatsworth Gardens (£7.50) is payable by yourselves on the day. PJ your host will text you on the day telling you where he is and what he's wearing in so you'll have his number just in case you're running late or want him to meet you outside first.
