Pasta Workshop with Paul Taylor: Working, Shaping & Stuffing Fresh Dough

The class begins with demonstration and creation of a pasta dough from scratch & the do's & don'ts when dealing with fresh pasta. Moving forward into the art of stuffing & filling with a variety of different filling types, varying different shapes & rolling techniques.

Paul Taylor is Programme Leader for Hospitality, Trafford & Stockport College Group and Director of Fish: Timperley’s Finest Catch, fishmonger and delicatessen.
