Our great variety of classes and sports activities provides something for all. Come along and explore what healthy living means to you, try new activities, and meet some new friends along the way. For men and women, of all sizes and all levels of fitness welcome.

1 Hour Energy Class - Tune in to your human energy source

A one hour Qi class consists of chanting, energy movements and meditation. The class begins with chanting to open the main energy centers and tune the body to receive Qi energy.

Classes take place in a unique room called the Saemtu which is a peaceful space, full of Qi energy. You can expect to feel calmer more focused, energised and relaxed.

The classes support physical energy, emotional wellbeing and spiritual development.

What our members say:

I had never tried badminton, but another member twisted my arm. I can’t say I am any good but I found I wasn’t the only nervous newbie. It is tremendously good fun and we have a good laugh. Debbie.

Boxercise lived up to the Hype. My arms hurt for days but my colleagues are already pointing out my new muscles. John

All we ask is that you make sure you are wearing suitable footwear and clothing, and have discussed your exercise plans with your doctor.
