YOGA In a world where we can be continually on the go you can take a pause in your day just for you. Ideal if you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your yoga existing practice. This class offers a balanced practice for mind & body. Kirstin has studied various approaches to yoga over the past twenty years & personal experience has shown her that that one system does not fit all. Since 2009, she has taught teenagers, octogenarians and every decade in between. Movements are simple, time is given for skill building & students are encouraged to feel rather than think. Classes are devised to engage & inspire, challenge but not overwhelm & to foster a sense of wellbeing. She is most interested in teaching yoga & movement in a way that allows for inquiry and intuitiveness. Yoga is a curious practice, observation leads to questions and the questions moves us towards new possibilities. Kirstin firmly believes that anyone can do yoga.
