Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook wanting to venture deeper into Indian cuisine, our classes provide everything from the ingredients to the instruction- allowing you to make a complete Indian meal from start to finish.
Come and join for us an exciting spice filled class using fresh and fragrant ingredients such as curry leaves, mustard seeds, coconut and tamarind to create a South Indian vegetarian feast from start to finish. Learn the art of making crispy dosas which we will then stuff with south indian potatoes and accompany with spicy tempered sambar dal and fresh coconut chutney. This class is not to be missed! (Suitable for vegans and coeliacs). Dinner included.
