What will you cook?

  • Raw Thai Noodles – The raw food show stopper – A tasty, fat free recipe! It’s also a great recipe to try if you’re allergic to nuts and struggle to find raw recipes that won’t bring you out in hives! The Spiralizer is a popular kitchen tool these days and this recipe will show you how to put yours to good use (GF, V, NF)
  • Cookie dough balls – Packed with oats, dates and a secret nutritious ingredient. Flavoured with orange or peppermint oil (GF, V)
  • Raw Chocolate Brownies – No bake, no fuss with a healthy twist! (NF, V)
  • Hemp Milk (GF, V)

Come and get inspired with this 4-hour culinary experience! Hosted by raw food chef and nutritionist, Hannah Patterson from Make It Healthy. This raw food workshop will show you how to incorporate more plant based ingredients your diet and is designed to leave you inspired and feeling well. Learn how to make delicious and healthy recipes that are easy to recreate at home with no baking required. For more information about Hannah and what others say about the Make It Healthy workshop, go to www.makeithealthy.co.uk

NB: All recipes during the workshop will be made in an environment where nuts will be used.

I love trying new cuisine and chatting over food - so far I've tried Armenia, Russian, and Greek restaurants with Social Circle.
