Preparing for a big night in!

Working with a Chef and a beer, learn a sure fire dinner party that you can recreate at home to impress your better half and your friends.  A really sociable event, come with a group of pals and learn the tips and tricks required, then chill out and eat your creation.

What you will Learn:

Our Chefs are all skilled in timing and delivering a sociable meal, 3 courses to include a dessert. They also love to share their skills, so you will be impressed!  This event will focus on repeatable crowd pleasing dishes, how to present the food on a plate and by comfortable with your timing.  The aim is to make the preparation of a dinner party almost as enjoyable as the event itself.

Some sample dishes are below.  Please feel free to make requests in advance of the event and if we can’t do it on that occasion, we will plan another event for you.  Ingredients will wherever possible be seasonal and easily accessible…

  • First Dish – Spring Rolls; Thai Style Fish Cakes; Falafels; Calamari; Home made breads with a twist
  • Second Dish – The repertoire of our chefs is immense… the main event will feature meat, fish or poultry (veggie options always in stock) and some seasonal veg and appropriate carb! This may be traditional, globally inspired or invented…go with it!
  • Pudding – the classics….melting middle chocolate puds, sticky toffee, amazing crumbles…the adventurous…soufflés, ice creams…you have all watched masterchef!

What’s included:

Beer on arrival (soft drinks also available) and the food you prepare!

Fully stocked bar, amazing wines and local beer – extra drink purchased by card or cash
