Many of us love fish, but rarely cook it at home.  In this class our chef will guide you through 3 different fish dishes to ensure you have the confidence to prepare at home.

What you will Learn:

Some examples of what you will cook:

  • Basic Filleting with Mackerel; Sea Bass; Trout
  • Salt Crust whole fish – sea bream, black bream, dorade
  • Flat Fish – Lemon Sole, Plaice
  • King prawns; scallops
  • White fish such as cod, haddock
  • Salmon
  • Sauces and sides that work with fish
  • How to best use your fishmonger – how to tell fish is fresh

What’s included:

Drink on arrival and enjoy the fish you have prepared through out the evening.

We have a fully stocked bar with some amazing wines to polish off your evening, additional drinks can be purchased using card or cash – see our beverages list for details

Copies of the recipes you cook which will also be emailed to you afterwards

The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
