Audiences will have the chance to sample a range of locally produced gin and learn about the craft of making this popular drink.
Since 2014, Zymurgorium have been making the famous Manchester Gin which now comes in a range of flavours including sloe, marmalade, spiced honey rum, and raspberry and cranberry.
