When Las Vegas cop Vincent Downs (Jamie Foxx) and his partner Sean (Tip “T.I.” Harris) rob a cocaine shipment bound for a drug-dealing casino boss (Dermot Mulroney), the desperate businessman retaliates by kidnapping Vincent’s son (Octavius J. Johnson).
