**Please book at least 7 days in advance of event taking place** Laughing Ourselves Happier and Healthier: a 90 minute exploration of laughter, laughter yoga, why we laugh, what it means, and how it helps us in our lives.
Laughter Yoga is a new way of doing aerobic exercise. It releases the endorphins just like running round the block, but you can do it in the living room with friends even when its raining and cold outside. And it does so much more.
Dr Kataria, an Indian GP, invented Laughter Yoga and has appointed a handful of Laughter Ambassadors in the UK, and today’s session leader is one such Laughter Ambassador.
