Try your hand at making delicious creamy chocolate truffles with the award winning Cocoa Cabana Chocolatiers. You will learn all about tempering, how to make a delicious filling and how to top off your creations. We will provide a gift box for you to take your truffles home to delight your friends and family – if you can resist eating them! This course is a must, for chocoholics!
Cocoa Cabana is based in West Didsbury, within a year of opening, Cocoa Cabana has already won awards and achieved top industry accolades like the Guild of Fine Foods Taste of Gold Award 2013 and 2014, the Inspiring Women Entrepreneur Award 2014, as well as being invited to write a monthly chocolate column for the South Manchester Reporter. Their most recent award was two bronze awards at the academy of chocolate 2016 for salted caramel and Thai truffles
