Ed Glinert, author of HarperCollins’s London’s Dead, is leading this tour of one of Europe’s biggest graveyards, final resting place of some of the greats of Manchester history, including L. S. Lowry, Matt Busby, John Rylands, Tony Wilson, Daniel Adamson, Joe Sunlight and the forgotten victim of the 1958 Munich Air Disaster.

The esoteric Victorian symbolism is explained, and the lives of the greats and the unfortunates are revealed as we honour the city’s departed.
