Since opening in May 2014, this beautiful restaurant has been cooking up a storm on the famous Curry Mile in Rusholme, shining a new light on Modern Indian cuisine. The Halal meats and fresh fish are all locally sourced, with signature dishes like Peshwari Spring Lamb Chops; marinated for 36 hours then cooked in their traditional tandoor, joining an array of curry dishes like Desi Lamb and Saffron Chicken Korma on a menu that should satisfy the most sophisticated palates as well as the more traditional devotee. Vegetarian palates are also well looked after.
