SUP Yoga is a popular yoga-fitness fusion involving practicing a yoga routine on a paddleboard while floating on water. Practising yoga on a SUP brings a whole new perspective, creating a new challenge while floating!
Some of the many benefits of SUP yoga are a more engaged core, improved technique, more calming, stress relief, increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and cardiovascular conditioning.
The fee is is £12.50 for an hour and a half class, payable on the day.
