Laughter has been said to be our best (complimentary) medicine and an important aspect of healing and relief from stress. This educational fun oriented workshop, exploring the health benefits of our own daily heavy laughing practice, involves scientific exercises to open you up to your spontaneous playful nature and your healing laughter expression.
We close with a deep meditative relaxation, sound vibration, joyful chant-singing and Om circle!
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Simply learn how to 'fake it until you make it' and take this laughter expression into your lives and feel the changes through continued practice!
