Their weekly fitness classes are run by fully trained health professionals. They are designed to improve functional strength and fitness and generally run as circuit classes. The classes offer a wide variety of exercises from skipping, kettlebells, rope climbs, tire flips, olympic rings, weights, boxing, monkey bars and combat fitness.
Combat Warriors Workouts
A martial arts fitness class. Encompassing the movements of kung fu in bag and pad work, kicking punching and strength training. Get fit like a kung fu warrior!!
Weekday Warrior Workouts
For anyone wanting to get fighting fit but don’t want combat techniques. This will turn you from mum or office worker into a weekday warrior. Take on the world with more strength and energy in our fun and energetic workout.
