Learn about good nutrition for race day, your sport or general health. The evening will be presented by Darren Foote a leading nutritionist, military fitness trainer, mountain leader and developer of Mountain Fuel nutrition. He is also a UK athletics sprint coach with a wealth of knowledge he wants to share with you. Mountain fuel nutrition has helped people succeed in many sports and has sent team to the North and South pole. Darren will show you how to use real food to your advantage and fuel your body with the nutrients you need. You can learn how to make your own peanut butter and how to make a balanced pre & post workout meal. This will not just be a talk he will make food with you and answer any questions you have about your nutrition too, so you get the most from this experience.
There will also be light refreshments available
