Then embark on a Rail Ale Trail and explore the fascinating history, heritage and hops that the area is home to.

On the Summerseat & Ramsbottom Guided Rail Ale Trail you will enjoy a Blue Badge guided tour through the beautiful Irwell Valley, stopping at scenic Summerseat and Ramsbottom. Listen to stories that have stood the test of time, sample some of the local drinking spots and tuck into a hearty pub lunch at the Hamers Arms.
