The world's most inspiring thinkers from the legendary TED conference in cinemas for the very first time. The thriving, globally renowned phenomenon known simply as TED brings together extraordinary speakers to share "ideas worth spreading". Now Cineworld audiences can rub shoulders with Nobel Laureates, Pulitzer Prize authors and Oscar winners at the spectacular opening night of TED's annual conference in Vancouver as they explore the greatest dreams we are capable of dreaming. The specific details are a closely-guarded secret, but we can expect a dramatic musical act to open the proceedings before TED CEO Chris Anderson takes to the stage and announces: "It's time for TED!" After the traditional eye-popping state-of-the-art 'opening titles' video, a succession of exhilarating speakers - artists, inventors, adventurers, global leaders and visionaries - each deliver the talk of their lives in the world-famous TED 18-minute format. The event concludes with another amazing artistic performance.
