The new menu designed by the group’s award-winning, executive head chef, has dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Sunday Roasts and afternoon tea.
Burgers, skewers, duck and different cuts of lamb, beef and chicken are the mouth-watering, starring attractions of the new menu. All cooked in the INKA charcoal oven - one of only three in the city. The meat is cooked at temperatures of up to 400 degrees Celsius, keeping it succulent and retaining all its taste and flavour.
