The classes are outdoor fitness sessions running all year round - rain, wind or shine! These sessions are also FUN and sociable.
The classes will consist of a wide variety of exercises, styles and formats from different areas of the fitness industry. These include military fitness, circuit training, core stability, boxercise, kettle bell, strength endurance and cardio vascular training. Mixing up different methods of training gives you a wide variety of benefits, like improving strength, stamina, cardio vascular fitness and endurance.
These sessions are especially successful for weight loss and toning.
No two sessions are the same - variety is the name of the game! For anybody training for outdoor events such as Tough Mudder this training is ideal, or for those who prefer being outside in the fresh air to the inside of a gym.
