Walks & Water Cruise to Ellesmere Port with coach return.
Set sail from The Quays along the historic Manchester Ship Canal to Ellesmere Port.
Board the boat and travel from Salford Quays along the Manchester Ship Canal. En route a fascinating journey unfolds about why this Big Ditch was constructed back in the late 1800s, and tales of the workers who made it happen.
On arrival at Ellesmere Port enjoy a Highlights Tour to see the careful restoration of traditional colourful narrow boats, workers cottages, stables and meet the master blacksmith working in his modern day forge. Return by coach to Salford Quays.
Hot and cold drinks are available to purchase on board.
